 Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders .
  • Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to the following countries: India
  • International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method chosen.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Khoksa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@khoksa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
